BowNow Privacy Policy
株式会社S.I. Asia Pacific Co., Ltd.（以下「当社」といいます。）が運営・管理しているこのWebサイト（以下「本サイト」といいます。）は、スターティアラボ株式会社の提供するマーケティングオートメーションのソフトウェア「BowNow」を使用しています。BowNowプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）は、BowNowによって取得される閲覧者の情報の取り扱いについて定めることを目的とします。
This website (hereinafter referred to as “this Site”) operated and managed by S.I. Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) utilizes marketing automation software BowNow offered by Startia Lab, Inc. The purpose of the BowNow Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) is to set forth rules for handling the browsers’ information which is to be acquired via BowNow.

Article 1. Definitions
(1) 「ラボ」とは、スターティアラボ株式会社をいいます。

(2) 「本サイト」とは、当社が運営又は管理するWebサイトをいいます。

(5) The term “Action History Information” as used herein refers to the information on the Site Browser’s action history on this Site or this Web Application (hereinafter referred to as the “Action History Information”). The Action History Information, which can be acquired by utilizing the BowNow features, does not include information which can be used to identify a specific individual such as the Site Browser’s name and email address. However, if the Action History Information is combined with other information which the Company owns, it might enable the identification of a specific Site Browser.
(6)「本件個人情報」とは、当社がBowNowを通じて取得するサイト閲覧者の個人情報をいいます。本件個人情報には、行動履歴情報が含まれます。

1. 当社は、行動履歴情報及びその他の個人情報の取り扱いを業務の遂行に必要な範囲でラボ及びその他の第三者（以下「委託先」といいます。）に委託することができるものとします。
1. The Company may entrust the handling of the Action History Information and other personal information to Lab and any other third party (hereinafter referred to as the “Entrustee”) within the extent necessary for the performance of the services.
2. 当社は、委託先に行動履歴情報及びその他の個人情報の取り扱いを委託する場合、適切な委託先を選定するとともに、責任をもって委託先を監督します。

第7条（個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、利用の停止または消去等の請求）

当社は、当社が管理する個人情報に関して、ご本人から、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、利用の停止または消去、第三者への提供拒否等のご請求等、苦情、その他ご質問等を頂いた場合には、当社が定める手続きにしたがって、合理的な範囲において速やかに対応いたします。
